High Point Villa is a new beautifully decorated 4 bedroom (2 Master Suites), 3 bath vacation villa with a screen-in private in ground swimming pool. It is about 12 minutes of Disney World in a quiet development (Westbury) Davenport, Florida.
Located within two minutes from I-4 (Exit 55) you can be at all the major attractions in less than 1/2 hour. If you prefer, you may relax in your own private screened-in pool and avoid the lines. Either way, you can make the most of your vacation at one of the most popular vacation areas in the country.
If you would prefer to golf, there are several courses within minutes of High Point Villa including Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate. Or choose one of the many other activities and attractions.
If shopping is on the schedule you are near several of the region's largest malls including the Florida Mall and Mall at Millennia. There is also Downtown Disney Marketplace, Church Street Exchange, Market Street at Celebration and too many others to name.
No matter what your interest, High Point Villa is the perfect base to enjoy all that the area has to offer!
Large party? Depending on availability, we can coordinate
accommodations with another Villa owner directly across the street from High Point Villa. It sleeps up to 10 as well.
Our air conditioned fully furnished home offers a King Master Suite with an oversized shower and walk-in closet, a 2nd Master Suite with queen bed also with oversized shower and 2 Twin Bedrooms that share a 3rd full bathroom. There is a hair dryer in every bathroom. Towels and linens are included. (Even beach towels!) There is also a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. All beds, except the pull-out queen sofa bed, have pillow-top mattereses for added comfort.
The swimming pool is completely screened-in, backs to open space pretty green hedge for privacy, is lighted, and may be heated in cooler months for an additional charge. There are inner tubes and noodles for you to play with in the pool. Beach balls are in the storage bench. There are tables, chairs, chaise lounges and an umbrella outside. This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the parks. It's a perfect spot for a lovely outside meal.(no bugs!). Enjoy a cold drink at the poolside party bar.
There is a 27" cable color television, DVD player, Stereo/CD Player & X-Box (with games) in the living room for your family to enjoy. We have a selection of DVDs on site and others can be rented from a nearby video store. There are also cards and a wide selection of games for you to use. The living room has a ceiling fan and sliding doors out to the covered lanai and large swimming pool.
The swimming pool is completely screened-in, backs to open space, pretty green hedge for privacy, is lighted, and may be heated in cooler months for an additional charge. There are inner tubes and noodles for you to play with in the pool. Beach balls are in the storage bench. There are tables, chairs, chaise lounges and an umbrella outside. This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the parks. It's a perfect spot for a lovely outside meal.(no bugs!).
There is a Ping-Pong table in the two car garage for your use. It may be folded up and pushed to the side if you wish to use the garage for your car. There is also Fooseball and Darts for your enjoyment as well.
The fully equipped kitchen offers a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, garbage disposal, blender, George Forman grill, coffee maker, teapot and all the pots and pans and kitchen gadgets you will need.
There is also a full sized washer and dryer and iron and ironing board if you wish to do laundry while you are there. There is a drying rack in the garage for your use as well.
Every bedroom has a cable color television and a clock radio. The children's room has a TV/DVD combination.
The King Master Suite has a private entrance to the covered lanai and the Master Bathroom also has a private entrance to the pool area.
The Queen Master Suite is at the opposite end of the Villa for more privacy.
There are two telephones (one in the kitchen and one in the King Master bedroom)where guests can make free local calls. Long distance and international calls may be made through the use of a pre-paid telephone card that can be purchased at any drug store, gas station or supermarket.
